MINOR ELEASE FORM BELOW
ATTENTION ALL RIDERS:
No Minor (children under the age of 18) are permitted to ride Motoland MX Park's tracks without a release form signed by a parent or guardian.
Minors traveling to Motoland without their parent or must fill out the form below before Motoland can permit them to use he tracks. Motoland will be verifying all information that is given to us.
Motoland will not accept this waiver if it is signed by anyone other than a parent or guardian; this includes friends, friend's parent and siblings.
